What do you love about the home?
We have always loved our backyard with the tall deciduous tree in the corner of the property and plenty of space to unwind and potter in the garden. The North facing living / dining area and ample storage in the kitchen are other features that we enjoy.
What do you love about the area?
It is a quiet and friendly area and we have had such great neighbours. We have appreciated the local cafes, the surrounding parks, playgrounds, sporting fields, and the Darebin Creek Trail. It is a 15 minute walk to Ruthven Station and options abound for driving towards the city with quick access to Albert Street, High Street, or St George's Road. The Northern Ring Road and the airport are also easily accessed.
